By using the ThreeFoldAILabs app or threefoldailabs.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the products.
Your purchase
Each tour is sold as a one-time purchase via the Apple App Store, granting you lifetime access for the Apple ID that bought it. Refund requests go through Apple, per their standard policy.
Acceptable use
The audio, scripts, maps, and route data are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. Don't redistribute them, mirror them, or use them to train a competing product.
Walking is your responsibility
Audio tours involve walking outdoors in an unfamiliar city. Watch the road, not your phone. Obey local traffic laws. We are not liable for injury, loss, or wrong turns caused by following a tour.
Availability
We aim for the app to work offline once a tour is downloaded. We can't promise the app or website are always available, error-free, or compatible with every iOS version.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site, and the date at the top will change.
