Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Location. The app reads your device location while you're on a tour, so the right audio plays at the right stop. Location is processed on-device and is never sent to our servers.
• Purchases. Tour purchases are handled by Apple's App Store. We receive a confirmation that the purchase happened and which tour it was for, but no payment details.
• Email (optional). If you submit your email on threefoldailabs.com, we use it to notify you about the launch and unsubscribe you on request.
• Anonymous app analytics. We may record anonymous events (tour started, stop reached, app crashed) to improve the experience. These events are not linked to your identity.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't run third-party advertising or tracking pixels.
• We don't keep a history of where you've walked.

Children

The app is for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete any data we hold about you (an email address you've submitted, for example) by writing to threefoldailabs@gmail.com. We'll act on it within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the site.
