This policy explains how ThreeFoldAILabs LLC handles information in Rival Rush: Moto Combat. The game does not require a player account. Your career is saved on your device; analytics, crash reporting, advertising and purchases also involve the services described below.
Game progress and preferences
Career progress, unlocked equipment, settings and purchase entitlements are stored locally. The game has no player chat or account registration. Deleting the app may remove local progress; eligible App Store or Google Play purchases can be restored separately.
Gameplay analytics and crash reports
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand which events people play, where they struggle, whether onboarding is completed, loading performance, and interactions with rewards, offers and ads. Reports can include event and region identifiers, selected bikes, race results, session activity, app version, device information, purchase events and approximate location derived from an internet address. Analytics uses an app-instance identifier; we do not attach your name, email address or a custom player account ID to gameplay events. On iPhone, our Firebase integration does not collect the advertising identifier. On Android, after the first-launch notice and while sharing is on in Settings, Firebase may collect your device’s advertising ID so we can measure which of our ads led to installs and in-game progress. We do not use it to personalize ads, and ad-personalization consent stays off. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, advertising-ID collection for analytics stays off. You can turn sharing off at any time in the game’s Settings, and you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings.
Firebase Crashlytics receives crash traces, device and operating-system information, installation identifiers and limited game context such as the current event and recent event names. We use these reports to diagnose failures and improve reliability. These services are provided by Google under its privacy policy and Firebase privacy information.
Advertising
The game uses Google AdMob for interstitial and optional rewarded ads. Google’s advertising services may process your IP address, approximate location, app or device identifiers, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and maintain service quality. Processing depends on your consent, device settings and applicable requirements. We use Google’s consent flow where required. When available, the in-game Store’s Ad Privacy control lets you review your advertising choices. See how Google uses information for advertising.
Purchases
Apple handles App Store checkout on iPhone, and Google handles Google Play checkout on Android, including payment information. The game uses Unity In-App Purchasing to receive product and transaction information, grant purchases and restore eligible entitlements. We do not receive your payment-card details. Purchase events, and on iPhone verified Apple transaction information, are also sent to Firebase for purchase measurement. See Apple’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
Reminders and device permissions
Career reminders are optional local notifications scheduled on your device after you grant permission. You can turn them off in your device settings. They do not use a remote push-notification service. The game does not request access to your contacts, microphone, camera or precise GPS location.
When you contact us
If you email support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to answer your request and investigate problems. Please do not send passwords, full payment details or sensitive information in screenshots.
Sharing and storage
Information is handled by the service providers above for game operation, measurement, advertising and support. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the security of the game and its users.
Our Analytics settings retain event-level data for two months and user-level data for fourteen months, with the user retention period renewed by activity. Aggregated reports are not subject to those limits. Google documents a ninety-day retention period for Crashlytics crash data before deletion begins. Advertising and payment records follow the respective providers’ retention practices. Support correspondence is kept as needed to resolve requests and meet legal obligations.
Your choices and requests
You can manage notification permission in your device settings and available ad-consent choices in the game. You can turn off gameplay data sharing, including ad measurement on Android, at any time in the game’s Settings. For access, correction or deletion requests, or a privacy complaint, email tfal@threefoldailabs.com. We will assess your request and explain any verification or limits that apply. Because gameplay analytics is not attached to a named player account, we may need additional information to identify relevant records. Deleting the app does not automatically delete information already processed by service providers or app store purchase records.
Children
Rival Rush is a general-audience motorcycle combat game, not a service designed for children under thirteen. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
Changes and contact
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated as required. For questions, contact ThreeFoldAILabs LLC at tfal@threefoldailabs.com or visit player support.
